What helps us understand your project
- What your business does and who does the work.
- How the task is handled today, including the tools and spreadsheets involved.
- Where time goes, or what keeps going wrong.
- Anything you already have that should stay, such as a website or booking tool.
- Which of our projects is closest to what you have in mind, if any.
What happens next

We read it to understand the business and whether the project suits our work.
- 02We ask a few useful follow-up questions
You can answer them here when it suits you. We will use your answers to understand what the project needs before preparing a proposal.
- 03Proposal
Scope, price and timing are proposed once the project is understood.
Questions
Common questions.
Can you improve a system we already use?
Often, yes. Sometimes the right answer is a better website, a connection between existing tools or a focused application alongside what already works, rather than replacing everything. We look at what you have before suggesting anything new.
We don’t have a technical specification. Where do we start?
You don’t need one. Tell us how the work happens today, where time goes and what keeps going wrong. If the project looks like a fit, we may ask a few useful follow-up questions here to understand the detail.
How are scope and price worked out?
Each project is scoped first. Price and timing are proposed once we understand what needs to be built, so there are no instant estimates or fixed packages.
What happens after we enquire?
We review your enquiry. You can answer a few optional follow-up questions on this page, then we can prepare a proposal covering the work, price and timing.
How are hosting, handover and ongoing support handled?
These are agreed for each project as part of the proposal, based on what the system needs and how your business wants to run it.
