“My website had only been live for three days when I received my first booking worth over $500! Customers can see the prices upfront, choose their services and add extras themselves. They know exactly what they’re getting and what it costs, then book without all the back-and-forth emails. It’s made the whole process so much easier.”
Featured software case study
Business experience, built into the software. Our work is informed by more than 25 years of hands-on experience setting up, running and improving businesses. We look at the whole business—spotting gaps and connecting branding, customer experience and day-to-day operations. That understanding shapes websites, software and systems built around how a business actually works.
Estimates are built from small, medium and large room sizing plus the complexity of the service, so each quote is tailored to the actual job.
Deep cleans and other extras can repeat monthly or six-monthly on their own schedule, and one-off extras can be added to a single visit without duplicating or changing the main repeat schedule.
Configured for Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US and Canada, with local tax settings and currency formatting.

Websites built around how customers buy and how the business works—not just how it looks.

Our original cleaning-estimation system, built into Clean Space and Barrington Coast websites and used within JobMaid. Two purpose-built sales funnels, not off-the-shelf quoting widgets.
Start with the property, not a string of messages. Customers select rooms, condition and extras, see an indicative estimate, then send their details for review. Residential and short-stay work follow their own pricing rules; the business confirms the final scope and booking.
Answer “how much?” before the first phone call. Customers explore a personalised estimate without giving contact details, then send the property information, preferences and photos with their enquiry. The business receives the context needed to review—not another request to start from scratch.
Custom software & business systems
Custom online platforms, business management programs and specialised tools—for the jobs your existing software cannot handle.
Imagine keeping each business’s brand, content and working details together—instead of explaining them again in every tool. Mission Control uses that context to draft content and propose actions for you to review, with publishing and campaign controls in the same hub.
Supports 22 service integrations. Screens show demonstration businesses and data; campaign figures are illustrative.View case studySupporting branding & creative
In-house branding, graphics and video complement the websites and systems we build, keeping the customer experience consistent from promotion to enquiry. Creative production, not ongoing campaign management.
Business websites, online stores and interactive quoting journeys that help customers take the next step.
Quoting tools, scheduling, customer records and staff portals built around how your business works.
Mobile, web and desktop applications that bring information and everyday tasks together.
How we work
Every business works differently, so there are no fixed packages. We learn how yours runs, then propose what is worth building.
Discuss your projectTell us what your business does, what is slowing it down and what you would like to change.
We review your enquiry. If more detail would help, you can answer a few relevant questions here or come back to them later.
A proposal sets out scope, price and timing, so you can decide with the full picture.
