Personal business hub

Mission Control AI

Running several businesses should not mean starting again in every tool. This current private commission brings business context, AI content, reporting and publishing into one hub, with 22 supported service integrations. Commands require approval; channel controls govern scheduled publishing.

The problem

  • Several businesses, each with its own logins, tools and content folders.
  • AI writing tools that know nothing about the business they are writing for.
  • Automation that acts first and asks later.

What we built

  • One shared workspace where each business keeps its own context.
  • A Content Studio and library that creates content with that business’s context.
  • A command system that turns plain-English requests into action plans for review.
  • A publishing calendar with per-channel Live controls.
  • Service-specific API integrations across commerce, advertising, social publishing, Google Workspace, media and search.
  • Business-scoped access, owner/helper permissions and background workers for syncing, scheduling and publishing.

From business context to controlled action

  1. 01Choose the business
  2. 02Describe the task in plain English
  3. 03Review the proposed action plan
  4. 04Approve or revise the command
  5. 05Run approved actions; schedule content with channel controls

Key functionality

Multi-business workspace

Switch between businesses without switching tools. Each keeps its own details, content and settings.

Context-aware Content Studio

AI content created with the selected business’s details, saved to a reusable library.

Commands with approval

Write what you want in plain English. The app proposes an action plan, and nothing executes until it is approved.

Publishing and automation

A shared content library feeds scheduled jobs, the publishing calendar and channel autopilot. Live-channel checks hold publishing when a channel is not enabled.

22 service integrations

Commerce, advertising, social publishing, Google Workspace, media and search connect inside the application. Integration support is developed; connected accounts depend on the private business configuration.

Business-scoped permissions

Owner and helper access is scoped to the relevant businesses and capabilities, with business-scoped APIs behind the shared workspace.

More features (7)

Commerce and email

Stripe, Shopify and Klaviyo support business reporting and connected commerce/email workflows.

Advertising integrations

Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads. The Meta module supports campaign creation, reporting, pause/resume, duplication and budget adjustments. These are application capabilities, not a campaign-management service offered by Ellevate.

Social publishing

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Reddit are covered by the developed publishing integrations.

Google Workspace

Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets connect business communications, schedules and files.

Media and search

HeyGen, Google Photos and Google Search Console extend the workspace into media and search reporting.

Application engineering

React and TypeScript on the frontend; Node.js and Express for application APIs; PostgreSQL for persistent data. REST APIs, OAuth, OpenAI and Clerk support the integration, AI and authentication layers.

Background processing

Sync, scheduling and publishing workers operate behind the interface. Business context flows into AI creation, review, publishing and performance feedback.

Why it matters

What it changes for the business.

  • Review content, reporting and scheduled work across businesses without rebuilding the context in each tool.
  • Create AI-assisted drafts from each business’s own details rather than a blank prompt.
  • Delegate specific work while keeping command approval, helper access and publishing under owner control.
